
Scallop Summer Squash - Bennings Green Tint Colorful light green scalloped-shaped fruit, tender and good quality; excellent yields, easy to grow. I’ve always loved the scalloped squash, when we were kids, we called them patty pans for some reason. I like their shape when they are sliced. They also remind me of flying saucers.

Spaghetti Squash - Small Wonder A spaghetti squash with vines that don’t want to take over the world! One to two servings, softball sized fruit.

Summer Squash - Zephyr A yellow fruit with faint white stripes and light green blossom ends with a nice nutty flavor. Stunning coloration.

Winter Squash - Burgess Buttercup The standard buttercup squash. Dark green, 3-5 lb with deep orange, fiberless flesh and a rich, flavor. This is probably my all time favorite winter squash. It is very sweet.

Winter Squash - Confection Sweet, dry flesh, long storage. Attractive, smooth, grey, flattened, avg. 3-5 lb. buttercup-size fruits, delicious for stuffing and baking.

Winter Squash - Delicata A winter squash, one of the sweeter ones you can grow. Green and white striped, about 1 to 2 pound fruits with orange flesh. Harvest in the fall

Yellow Summer Squash - Early Summer Crookneck Everyones standard yellow squash. Thy look kind of like swans.

Yellow Summer Squash - Forty-Niner (49er) Great for a large container on your deck. Lovely, buttery yellow squash. Pick when small and very tender.

Yellow Summer Squash - Soleil Good tolerance to powdery mildew andvery high yielding on compact plants.

Zucchini - Black This is your standard dark skinned zucchini. Try it stuffed or sliced, and fried with onions in a skillet.

Zucchini - Bush Round Round, light green, charming little squash. Harvest when the are about the size of a hardball. Compact habit.

Zucchini - Poquito Rounded and striped, bush type, compact plant, harvest when about 3”, looks like a little watermelon

Zucchini - Romanesco One of my favorite squashes. This and the Striped Italian can get pretty large and still be tender with few seeds. That is nice for those times you miss one the day before and you come out and find something resembling a canoe! Plus both of these look like stars when sliced crosswise.
