Brandywine - Pink

This picture is from my garden. I planted one of the gallon pots, since this ia a very long season plant, I harvested a ton of thses beauties. They are every bit as good as the old timers say they are. I recommend buying the gallons for their maturity, almost 2 months more mature than the smaller pots.

Many gardeners consider this strain the best Brandywine with fruit that is superior in taste and smoothness. Its tomatoes are indeed special, 1 to 2 pound pink beefsteaks with the delectably complex, rich, sweet flavor that has made Brandywine justifiably famous.

I was able to grow these last year and was amazed at how good they were. Maybe it was our unusually hot weather that we had. That being said, there are plenty of my customers who rave about them, and I do too now.
