Unique peppers are famous in Spain as tapas fare. Named after the town where they originated. 

Young Padrons are crisp, the color of limes and mature to a fiery red. Harvest Padron peppers when they are 1” to 1 1/2” long. About 1 out of 10 fruits will be hot, and the rest will be mild.
